FreeToolFlow provides free online tools for PDF conversion, image editing, document processing, and productivity tasks. Tools are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time without notice.

- Upload files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Use the site to process unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
- Attempt to overload, attack, or reverse-engineer the site or its servers

3. File processing and data
3.1 Browser-processed tools
Most tools process files entirely within your browser. No file data is transmitted to or stored on our servers.
3.2 Server-processed tools
Some tools require server-side processing. Files uploaded for server-side processing are:
- Processed solely for the purpose of producing your requested output
- Automatically deleted within 1 hour of processing
- Never shared with third parties
- Never used for training, analysis, or any secondary purpose
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any file you submit.
4. Intellectual property
You retain full ownership of any files you upload. By uploading a file, you grant FreeToolFlow a limited, temporary licence to process that file solely for the purpose of providing the requested tool output.
The FreeToolFlow name, logo, and site content are the intellectual property of FreeToolFlow. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.
5. No warranties
The site and tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce results suitable for any particular purpose.
You should always keep a backup of any original file before processing it through our tools.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FreeToolFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits.
7. Advertising
FreeToolFlow is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements displayed on the site.
8. Third-party links
The site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites.
9. Changes to these terms
