2.2 Files you upload (server-processed tools)
A small number of tools require server-side processing (for example, certain PDF conversions). When you use these tools:
- Your file is uploaded to our secure server for processing.
- The processed file is made available for you to download.
- Both the original and processed file are automatically deleted within 1 hour.
- We do not read, analyse, share, or retain your file content.
2.3 Analytics data
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. This service collects anonymised data including:
- Pages visited and time on site
- Browser type, device type, and screen resolution
- General geographic location (country/city level)
- Referring website
